Features rich, deep teal, silk velvet with ornate façonné design on the lower skirting. Light weight, slightly sheer silk, hand-crafted in Wales, rolled edges. Worn open. Truly the most lovely, RARE essential. PLEASE NOTE: Swan purse sold separately, not included.

Condition: Shows age wear to small areas of the crushed, silk velvet, very minor. Some wear to silk along the inner cuffs. Overall, wears beautifully.
